& CONDITIONS
1.
You must identify Apartment Stop AND your agent
as the sole referral source for the property where you sign the
new lease. [Example: "Ann at Apartment Stop".]
2.
Rebates for qualified "New" leases only. You may not
have lived at the residence previously.
3.
Current or former employees of the apartment property are not
eligible for rebates.
4.
You must sign a lease of 6 months or more.
5.
The rebate is ONLY with the approval of the apartment property
in accordance with Texas Real Estate Commission Rules.
6.
Your rebate check will be issued 48 hours after Apartment Stop
receives payment from the Apartment Property. The rebate is based
on a percentage of the amount of money paid to Apartment Stop.
7.
Some management companies are excluded from this rebate policy.
Should the selected property withhold consent or not compensate
Apartment Stop for the lease, the rebate will be voided.
8.
Only 1 person per lease is eligible for the rebate.
9.
Apartment Stop Locators is owned and operated by Texas licensed
real estate agents. Apartment Stop Locators is in compliance with
all applicable fair housing laws.
